How do I order? Online products are only available through our site. Fill your cart with the items you want to purchase. At checkout, you will be calculated for shipping charge, tax ( Alabama residents only ) and items purchased. We typically use USPS (PRIORITY MAIL) OR UPS.

What is the minimum order? Our mats come in single and sets of 4, 8, and 10 packs. 1 is the least we will sell. Matted photos, prints and artwork are sold individually.

What are Solid, Classic and Premium mats? Solid mats are solid color mats, Classic mats are solid color mats with a printed pattern on them and Premium mats are solid color mats with 2 prints on them. ( All colors are approximate, due to variations in computer monitors ).

Are openings standard sizes? Yes, all mats are identified as to their size and what they are best used for.

How long for delivery? Our orders usually ship 2-5 business days. Time in transit is based upon UPS shipping schedule and your choice of shipping ( Ground or Air ).

What is the cost of shipping? Orders $34.99 and under has a $7.50 Automatic Shipping Charge and orders $35.00 and over get free shipping, when using Priority Mail (USPS).If using UPS, cost is more expensive and orders placed using UPS Calculates shipping upon Checkout.



Does windows have beveled edges? Yes, all window openings are beveled.

Is the matboard acid-free? Here at Precutmatsplus.com, all our mats are acid-free and fade-resistant.
